Hi,
Can you do the following :
In the Device Manager double-click the wired adapter > Driver
What is the "Driver Version" ?
Then click on the "Details" tab, then choose "Hardware Ids" from the drop-down menu under "Property".
What is listed under "Value"?

The Hardware Ids indicate a Dell but you can use the following driver directly from Realtek as it has a matching Hardware Id in the .inf file:
https://www.realtek.com/en/component/zoo/catego...
Unzip the driver and run the setup.exe and it may first ask to uninstall the old driver then uninstall it and then run setup.exe again to install new driver.
The new driver version should be 10.35.510.2019 and hopefully will work better.

I was told by Dell that their Smartbyte program allocated bandwidth.....but had experienced problems with Windows updates.
It ruined my connection so i am pleased they remotely deleted it from my PC
I wonder how many others have now got the same problem.....
